How do you determine the value of our house?

We use data from the most recently sold comparables (houses that are most like yours). If it’s a lower end area without a lot of home owners, we base our numbers off of capitalization rate for the specific area. Then we will take into account the necessary repairs needed to get the house to perfect condition. We plug those numbers into our formula to come up with an offer.

Do you buy any area?

We consider any area in the state of Alabama. We are based in Birmingham, so we definitely prefer the greater Birmingham and surrounding areas. But we have bought houses in St. Clair County, Shelby County, Huntsville, Gadsden, and Montgomery.

Do you buy in any condition?

We consider any condition. We have bought houses in perfect condition, and we have bought houses that have been severely burned. Every property is different. So it would depend on other factors, such as area.

Do you buy mobile homes and vacant land?

Not usually. But submit your information and we will try to find an investor for every circumstance.
